Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA/QC, compliance, and continuous-improvement initiatives in Las Vegas, NV. You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes, resolve quality issues, and drive operational performance.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills and can present quality insights to leadership. Hybrid work arrangements and a focus on continuous improvement are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, QA/QC, compliance, operations, engineering, or process improvement.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and quality control programs and processes.
• Establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Conduct audits, inspections, process reviews, and quality assessments.
• Investigate quality issues and lead root-cause and corrective-action initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Maintain quality documentation, procedures, records, and reporting.
• Support QMS, regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance requirements.
• Analyze quality data and present trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and other teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
