Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct work quality evaluations to ensure service standards.
• Analyze quality issues and recommend improvements to QA management.
• Provide feedback to associates and managers on results.
• Prepare internal reporting on quality, workflow, and performance statistics.
• Participate in new hire training as a technical resource.
• Coordinate associate training schedules and ongoing needs.
