Job summary

Salt in Los Angeles is seeking a QA Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability and performance of internally developed applications. The role combines manual and automated testing in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the downtown office.

You will work in an Agile setting with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on QA experience, develop test plans, manage defects, and drive continuous QA improvements. Bachelor's degree in technology or related field preferred; rates depend on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' hands-on software QA experience.
• Strong manual testing and automation scripting skills.
• Experience with test planning, defect management and regression testing.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field (or equivalent).
