Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data quality assurance.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in health plan operations.
• Experience with regulation and applying rules to a process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of member benefit allocations.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support audits and prepare necessary documentation.
