The Public Utilities Commission's Public Advocates Office is seeking a regulatory analyst IV to represent ratepayer interests in gas and electric cost of service proceedings. The role includes preparing analyses, forecasts, reports, and testimony, and presenting expert testimony in formal proceedings.

This is a hybrid position with two days per week in the headquarter office, and the role may be limited-term depending on funding and project needs.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent ratepayer interests on revenue requirements and rates for gas/electric utilities (GRCs, Reasonableness Reviews).
• Perform analyses, discovery, and independent forecasts for cost of service elements and rate base.
• Prepare written reports and testimony; present expert witness testimony in Commission proceedings.
• Meet with project coordinators; participate in public hearings; assist counsel and prepare summaries.
• Serve as lead analyst or coordinator for large, intermediate or small energy utility proceedings.
