Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (Business or Real Estate preferred) and at least two years of professional office experience, with strong Excel and general data management skills. A collaborative, detail-oriented approach is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, or Real Estate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional office experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on property parcels using county, municipal, and tax authority records.
• Establish and maintain jurisdiction records within internal systems to ensure accurate tax tracking.
• Enter and maintain property tax data in internal systems, including parcel identification numbers, tax amounts, delinquent balances, and other property and client information.
• Manage and maintain electronic client files and documentation, ensuring records are organized and filed accurately and timely.
• Compile, review, and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist departmental personnel with daily operational support and administrative tasks.
• Support the management of commercial real estate tax information across multiple jurisdictions.
