Trellis Management Co in Minneapolis is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting professional to join our growing team. The role offers a flexible schedule: 2 days at home and 3 days in the office, with a heated parking ramp and comprehensive benefits.

You will handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, bank reconciliations, GL adjustments, accruals, and audits for a portfolio of affordable communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year degree in accounting or minimum 3-year property management accounting experience with strong GAAP accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize and organize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Enjoy co-worker interaction with a positive and light-spirited attitude.

Responsabilités

• Prepare timely financial statements and audit support for assigned portfolio.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
• Calculate accruals and reconcile gross potential rent.
• Respond to owner/lender/audit inquiries and reconcile reports.
