YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is seeking a Property Accountant to manage accounting for a portfolio of 16+ affordable housing properties across Seattle and surrounding counties. You will handle rent, subsidies, AR/AP, and monthly closings using Yardi, partnering with eight property managers to ensure accurate, timely financial information.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Three+ years in accounting, with residential property or affordable housing experience.
• Experience using Yardi for property accounting and reporting.
• Familiarity with LIHTC terminology and rent/subsidy accounting.

Responsabilités

• Record and reconcile tenant rent, rental assistance payments, and subsidy receivables.
• Reconcile rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and subsidy receivables to GL.
• Process invoices, accounts payable, and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare routine financial statements and budget variance reports.
• Support eight property managers and coordinate with housing agencies.
• Maintain confidential resident and financial information.
