The position offers hybrid work with three days per week in AIR’s Virginia office, with occasional travel for meetings, training sessions, and conferences. Salary range: $102,000-$110,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Foundational PM principles and tools knowledge; CAPM is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic goals and measure KPIs.
• Lead technical project planning in an agile environment.
• Coordinate deliverables and track timelines with proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status updates.
• Prepare briefing materials and align cross-functional teams.
• Assist with budgeting, expense coordination, procurement, and vendor interactions.
