Job summary

raSmith is seeking a Project Manager - Municipal Civil Engineering to lead civil projects and client relationships from our office network. This role focuses on proposals, budgeting, and coordination with sub-consultants and municipal clients to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, a Wisconsin P.E., and at least eight years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering from a US-accredited college or university.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Wisconsin is required.
• Minimum eight years of progressive civil engineering experience with at least two years in project management or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Write proposals and win new business.
• Set and maintain project budgets and oversee projects.
• Serve as main point of contact with municipal clients and coordinate with team members and sub-consultants.
• Utilize diverse staff to grow client base and market share in the Greater Madison area, representing the company as Municipal Engineer.
