Qualifications

• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage requirements.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Iterate and revise these plans during execution to account for changes.
• Support preparation of technical review artifacts (PDR, CDR, TIMs, weekly IPT reviews).
• Review and enforce configuration management of program technical data (drawings, specs, test plans, reports).
• Identify and document potential project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including design specs, test plans, and minutes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to solve problems from simple one‑week to multi‑year projects.
