The ideal candidate has entry-level knowledge of project management methodologies and strong teamwork and communication skills, with familiarity in Primavera and EcoSys. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; 0 years experience (equivalents considered).
• Entry level knowledge of project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, and finance concepts.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills with staff and vendors.
• Entry knowledge of Enterprise Project Portfolio Management tools (Primavera).
• Basic knowledge of Project Performance tools (EcoSys).
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance with internal procedures and gathers progress information to update schedules and cost baselines.
• Develops, maintains and analyzes project schedules and forecasts under supervision.
• Generates earned value reports and communicates cost status to project manager.
• Uses document management protocols to store and retrieve project documentation.
• Performs other duties as required.
