Job summary

The position follows a hybrid work model with in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, remote Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays,

Qualifications

• Deploy grants and investments strategically to advance systemic change in postsecondary persistence and degree completion.
• Manage a portfolio of strategically responsive grants and oversee initiatives to deepen engagements.
• Collaborate closely with grantees, partners, and ECMC Foundation peers to implement priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy nearly $65 million annually in grants and investments.
• Oversee a portfolio of grants and initiatives to drive systemic change.
• Travel domestically up to 25% and participate in quarterly in-person meetings in Los Angeles.
