Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering field.
• At least seven years of civil engineering experience.
• Three years in supervisory or project management capacity.
• Massachusetts Class D Driver's License.
• Position may be eligible for teleworking 50% of the work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation and capital engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate design phases and ensure quality and compliance.
• Supervise professional staff and manage consultants.
• Develop budgets and project schedules for CIP.
• Coordinate with MWRA divisions, communities, and agencies.
• Support recruitment, professional development, and staff performance.
• Perform related duties as required.
