• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract performance and coordinate directly with government leadership.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and subject matter expertise to program staff.
• Oversee personnel, establish priorities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of requirements and deliverables.
