Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Program Lead Engineer to manage multiple projects within the Hydrogen Plants Division. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk control, coordinating with sub-vendors and stakeholders. Hybrid work options available from Rosemont, Houston, or Tulsa locations.

You will report to the Manager of Projects and ensure adherence to PM standards while driving performance and on-time delivery across cross-functional teams in a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred or equivalent.
• Experience in modular fabrication and process equipment design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution for projects.
• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies.
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
