Job summary

Ergo-Flex Technologies is seeking a Production & Service Technician to split time between hands-on production and customer service. You will perform assembly, testing, and on-site service, including troubleshooting, equipment delivery, and training customers.

The role is hybrid, balancing shop work with field service based on business needs. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in electronics/mechanics, strong problem solving, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in electronics repair, mechanical or manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver\'s license to operate a delivery vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand long hours.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform production, assembly, and finishing of equipment per quality procedures.
• Follow work instructions across product lines to ensure consistency.
• Quality testing and NCR documentation for returns; maintain logs.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop environment and meet company standards.
• Progress through competency levels, increasing customer interaction.
• Communicate production needs and process issues to team leads.
