GreatAmerica is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of a product or feature set. You will collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to execute the roadmap and represent the voice of the customer in defining outcomes.

You will define roadmaps, manage backlog in Jira, work with UX for prototypes, and drive go-to-market strategies. A successful candidate combines business sense with strong communication and influence to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and produce measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Comfortable handling abstract concepts and complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and a rolling 12-month roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and backlog planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams; use Jira for prioritization.
• Talk to customers to understand pain points and opportunities; act as voice of customer.
