Job summary

FXI, a leading foam innovator, is seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Specialist in Aston, PA. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration on Mon, Tue, and Thu with flexible remote work to advance new bedding product development from concept to production.

You will partner with sales, marketing, R&D, operations, and finance to ensure products meet customer expectations, quality targets, and cost goals, while supporting a robust development pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2-5 years of product development experience in household durables and consumer package goods.
• Customer centric, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong analytical skillset.
• Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Support new product development based on design inputs, consumer insights and market trends.
• Ensure final products meet customer expectations, quality requirements, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and sourcing teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability.
• Work closely with cross functional team to ensure finale product deliver on design intent.
• Support sales and marketing teams with customer samples and product information.
