Fairway Corp is hiring a Procurement Administrator on a temp-to-hire basis in a hybrid role. The position supports onboarding of new locations, contract and vendor management, and general procurement duties.

Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. The role requires a relevant degree and 1–3 years in procurement or related admin duties, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support integration tasks for newly acquired locations, liaising between acquired branches and corporate procurement.
• Administer contract lifecycle activities and manage vendor files and insurance documents.
• Process POs and requisitions, assist with RFP/RFQ, and support Accounts Payable in invoices and coding.
