Synertex LLC is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to support a government client in Linthicum Heights, MD. The role blends remote work (4 days) with 1 day onsite weekly, and requires an Active Secret Clearance.

The position centers on planning, prioritizing, and executing process improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and/or tools.
Experience in analyzing operations, identifying key issues, and implementing changes.
Experience using process improvement best practices and project management skills in a structured environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with multiple users and applications.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt experience.
Experience with Business Process Analysis/Process Improvement.
Proficient using MS Visio.

Responsibilities

Actively engage in the strategic and operational planning of the government client's processes.
Identify business priorities and develop operational programs for implementation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate goal setting using customer feedback, analysis, and other systems.
Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and identifying indicators for future improvements.
Conduct process and product reviews and audits by defining, collecting, analyzing, and reporting on quality metrics, reporting program status.
Track and report issues and corrective actions resulting from quality checkpoints.
