Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence leadership across all levels of the R&E and cross-functional organization.
• Demonstrated strengths in experimental methods/analysis, planning, and consumer research.
• 15-25% travel.
