Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Process Controls Engineer to support our Baton Rouge/Geismar facilities. You will engage with DCS, SIS, and PLC systems to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency across production sites.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, travel about 5% outside the region, and collaboration with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to drive process improvements and project implementations.

Qualifications

• Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years in process automation and/or instrumentation engineering.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide process control systems engineering support for Baton Rouge/Geismar facilities.
• Work with DCS, SIS, PLC systems and instrumentation to improve safety and operability.
• Support lifecycle planning, programming, maintenance, and migrations for control systems.
