Job summary

Antares Capital LP is seeking an Analyst/Associate, Strategic Financial Operations to support equity activities and project-based allocations within a fast-growing finance function. You will collaborate across Asset Management, Legal, Operations, Finance and Credit Underwriting to ensure accurate reporting and timely expense allocations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in fund administration, audits, investments, hedge funds or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; ability to read legal documents and perform complex transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel: formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee booking of equity trades, LP/GP investments, and post-trade activities.
• Procure and maintain PIK income calculations; liaise with Valuations for fair value marks.
• Review cash distributions and income files; tag cash related to equities with deal/ policy teams.
• Support financial reporting for Schedule of Investments and ensure compliance with LLC/LPA provisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Asset Management, Legal, Operations, Finance and Credit Underwriting.
• Prepare regular reporting on equity portfolios for Operations and Finance leadership and external stakeholders.
• Assist senior leader on ad hoc projects including allocation of direct and indirect expenses.
