Job summary

ASRC Federal Advanced Research LLC, supporting the U.S. Census Bureau, seeks a Primavera P6 Scheduler to maintain and analyze the 2030 IMS schedules, update project plans, and generate reporting.

This hybrid role requires on-site support in Suitland, MD as needed, with remote work available and a focus on GAO and DCMA criteria, dashboards, and Power BI reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; two+ years of weekly schedule updates analysis experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Understanding of WBS and interdependencies.
• U.S. Citizen able to obtain Census clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze weekly schedule updates and incorporate changes into P6 and MS Project.
• Support stakeholders with navigation, status updates, reporting needs, and troubleshooting schedule tools.
• Maintain schedules with proper WBS, interdependencies, and IMS integration.
• Prepare weekly status reports and change request tracking.
• Ensure schedules meet GAO and DCMA criteria and flag issues.
• Assist in producing dashboards and Power BI schedule reporting.
• Participate in schedule status meetings and IMS discussions.
• Document schedule processes, SOPs, and training materials.
• Comply with federal security and data stewardship guidelines.
