Mercy Hospital St. Louis Primary Care Nursing role joins the Mercy Primary Care team.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the nurse delivers safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care and partners with patients, providers, and the care team to improve outcomes for an attributed panel. The role is Full Time RN/LPN with Hybrid/Remote options, 8a-5p, two onsite days, and 90 days of onsite training at the Lockwood location.

Qualifications

• Diploma in AAS in Registered Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, equitable, patient-centered care under Mercy standards.
• Collaborate with patients, providers, and care team to improve outcomes for an attributed panel.
