Rezilient Health in Missouri seeks a licensed paramedic to operate as part of a hybrid primary care model. You will work in-clinic with paramedics and assist a virtual provider, performing exams with connected devices and handling routine procedures.

Responsibilities include patient history, vital signs, charting, blood draws, EKGs, and basic in-clinic testing. We offer stock options, strong benefits, and a supportive, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of EMT/Paramedic field experience.
• State paramedic license required; NREMT preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current.

Responsabilités

• Serve as microl clinic operator; greet patients and assist the provider.
• Perform in-clinic tests and procedures with connected devices.
• Conduct blood draws, EKGs, urine processing, injections, ear care.
• Record histories, vital signs, medications, and exams.
• Document exams, procedures, and lab orders.
• Troubleshoot devices and audio/video issues with remote support.
• Open and close the clinic daily.
