Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Mercy Clinic Sunset, FLOAT is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers, delivering patient-centered care and triage support. Location: Sunset Hills, MO; schedule Monday–Friday 0800-1630; no nights, weekends, or holidays.

The role starts with on-site training for three months, then a 50/50 hybrid work-from-home schedule. LPN or RN with 2–3 years’ experience preferred; Epic EMR proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Practical Nursing or RN/BSN with active license.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls/messages for the clinic and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with Providers to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain clinic documentation and Epic EMR entries.
• Attend on-site training and participate in monthly meetings.
