Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Mercy Clinic Sunset, FLOAT is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to triage calls, support care teams, and coordinate with Providers. Location is Sunset Hills, MO, with on-site training before a 50/50 hybrid model after the initial period.

Schedule is Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The role requires either LPN with Diploma and active license or RN with AS/BSN or equivalent experience; 2–3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN diploma with active LPN license.
• RN path: ASRN/BSN or 4 years commensurate experience in lieu of degree.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred for both tracks.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
• Work closely with Providers and clinic team to support care delivery.
• Perform on-site training for three months before transitioning to hybrid work.
• Attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.
