Mercy Clinic Primary Care in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support providers, triage calls, and manage patient care for an attributed panel. You will partner with patients and the care team to drive safe, timely, evidence-based outcomes in a friendly, mission-driven environment.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30, with no nights or weekends. After a minimum of three months on-site training, the role shifts to a 50/50 hybrid model with on-site participation required for

Qualifications

• Diploma in Practical Nursing or RN degree required.
• Active LPN or RN license required.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
• Collaborate with Providers and care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Support clinic operations and patient care coordination.
• Be prepared for a 3-month on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work model.
