Job summary

NPHire is recruiting for a full-time clinician to provide primary care to patients of all ages through in-person visits and telehealth, integrated with behavioral health services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with therapists and nutrition staff in a whole-person care model, with ongoing onboarding and mentorship. DEA license and Illinois FNP license are required; prior Medicaid experience and telehealth proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active FNP license in Illinois; PMHNPs considered for behavioral health.
• DEA registration required before start; comfortable managing psychiatric meds within primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients across all age groups, in person and by telehealth.
• Manage common behavioral health conditions alongside primary care, including prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications.
• Coordinate care with therapists, nutrition staff, and collaborating physician.
• Document in the EHR and use the practice's technology to deliver virtual care.
• Complete assigned administrative time on schedule.
