• 3+ years of flexographic press operating experience (labels preferred).
• Proven ability to run complex jobs independently from setup to completion.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and accountable decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of flexographic printing processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Expertise in color matching, press adjustments, and problem-solving.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a “top-performer” mindset.

Responsibilities
