FrankCrum Staffing in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a full-time Premium Auditor to assess exposures by auditing policyholder payroll, accounting, and financial records. You will determine final exposures, classifications, and premium adjustments on auditable commercial lines policies.

Ideal candidates have 4-5 years in workers’ compensation and general liability insurance operations, with knowledge of premium audit and underwriting principles, NCCI rules, and labor codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 4-5 years of Workers’ Compensation/General Liability insurance operations experience.
• Knowledge of Premium Audit, Underwriting, NCCI Basic Manual Rules, and Labor Codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform premium audits of policyholder financial records and payroll data.
• Reviews payroll, accounting, and financial records to determine exposures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and work papers with findings.
• Communicate audit results to internal teams and insureds clearly.
• Maintain audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
