Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Premium Auditor to conduct workers' compensation and general liability audits. You will schedule and perform field and virtual audits in the assigned territory, representing the company with professionalism and accuracy.

This field-based role requires travel within the territory, a valid driver's license, and the ability to analyze complex policies while delivering clear, actionable audit results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; can substitute progressively responsible work for education.
  • Four years of experience in a premium audit‑related technical role.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Advanced knowledge of premium auditing rules, classification systems & codes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Samples of work product.
  • Solid working knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of NCCI/ISO/PAAS manual content and state audit rules.

The salary range for this position is $68,664-$105,739 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

  • Solid working knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to include explaining technical issues.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision‑making.
