Job summary
Reliance Matrix is seeking a Premium Audit & Account Resolution Specialist to proactively review premium and account activity, identify discrepancies, and lead resolutions within a portfolio of groups. You will conduct detailed audits, analyze data, and coordinate with policyholders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support Premium Services.
The role requires 3+ years in premium audit or related fields, with strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities, plus
Qualifications
- 3+ years in premium audit, billing, or related insurance operations.
- Knowledge of payroll, wage reporting, premium calculations, and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with NYS-45 reporting; strong Excel/Word skills; detail-oriented and organized.
Responsibilities
- Review reports and activity to identify discrepancies and review needs.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of groups; conduct audits and account reviews.
- Analyze data to validate premium calculations, payments, and rates; resolve issues.
- Research complex premium issues, including underpayments and variances; document findings.
- Collaborate with policyholders, brokers, and internal partners to obtain information and drive resolution.
