Job summary

Publicis Sapient in New York is seeking a highly organized PR Manager to lead the global executive speaker bureau and awards program on leave coverage for 6–8 months. You will collaborate with product and marketing leaders to elevate executive visibility across technology and AI topics.

You will craft narratives, manage submissions, prep executives for opportunities, and measure impact while coordinating across time zones and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Manager-level PR or communications experience, ideally in technology, consulting, professional services or media.
• Experience managing executive speaker, awards or industry-recognition programs.
• Strong project management skills across complex workflows, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience shaping executive positioning, thought leadership or senior-leader
• Ability to turn complex technology and business topics into clear external narratives.
• Confidence working with senior executives and global stakeholders.
• Independent, collaborative and proactive in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI-assisted research, drafting and communications workflows.
• Willingness to work across time zones and travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product, AI and technology concepts into clear B2B narratives.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, producers, podcasters, creators, event programmers and influencers.
• Support pitching that positions Publicis Sapient executives as credible voices on AI, technology and priority topics.
• Connect speaking, awards, product stories and thought leadership to broader earned-media activity.
• Support priority PR projects and events as needed.
• Contribute to newsletters, presentations and reporting on coverage, performance and team successes.
