Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a proactive PR leader to run the global Speakers Bureau and Awards program on a 6-8 month leave coverage contract. You will shape executive positioning, manage submissions, and coordinate cross-functional teams across product, marketing and communications.

You will translate complex AI and technology concepts into clear B2B narratives, build media relationships, and drive thought leadership for senior executives across time zones with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Manager-level PR or communications experience, ideally in technology, consulting, professional services or media.
• Experience managing executive speaker, awards or industry-recognition programs.
• Strong project management skills across complex workflows, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience shaping executive positioning, thought leadership or senior-leader messaging.
• Ability to turn complex technology and business topics into clear external narratives.
• Confident collaboration with senior executives and global stakeholders.
• Willingness to work across time zones and travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic global speakers bureau aligned to business priorities and executive expertise.
• Maintain a forward-looking tracker of speaking engagements and opportunities with reporting.
• Research and evaluate high-impact speaking opportunities across events.
• Manage speaker submissions end to end with AI-assisted research and strong editorial judgment.
• Maintain a centralized library of executive bios and assets for submissions.
• Partner with executives to develop session narratives showcasing technology expertise and client impact.
• Prepare senior executives for priority speaking opportunities with aligned messaging.
• Lead global awards strategy and maintain a calendar with clear prioritization and deadlines.
• Identify high-impact awards and submission opportunities for executives and client work.
• Coordinate stakeholders and evidence for awards submissions with strong narratives.
• Amplify wins through media and internal channels with cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex product/AI concepts into clear B2B narratives.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, producers, podcasters and influencers.
• Support pitching that positions executives as credible voices on AI and technology.
• Connect speaking, awards and product stories to broader earned-media activity.
• Contribute to newsletters, presentations and coverage reporting.
