MiTek/AtlasIED is seeking a Power Supply & Audio Amplifier Engineer in Elkhart, IN. This full-time professional role blends deep analog expertise with hands-on engineering to design, develop, and validate high-performance power and audio circuits for commercial, industrial, or OEM products.

The position is hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years in power electronics or audio amplifier design, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in power electronics and/or audio amplifier design.
Experience with analog circuit design and analysis.
Schematic capture, PCB layout tools, and circuit simulation (Altium preferred).
Hands-on lab experience debugging real hardware.
DFM/DFT and production support experience helpful.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies, including linear and switching topologies.
Design and develop audio amplifier circuits (Class A, AB, D, or hybrid).
Build and test prototypes; develop test plans and validation procedures.
Work with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Assist with production bring-up and field issue resolution.
Ensure compliance testing and reliability considerations.
