Job summary

NRG is seeking an Analyst for the Power Product Control team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on risk analysis, P&L reporting, and end-of-day curve validation within a collaborative environment across Commercial Operations, Supply, Finance, Accounting, and Customer Operations.

The position requires strong data analytics, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work independently with some overtime. The Hybrid work setup includes on-site days with one remote day per week.

Responsibilities

• Mark and validate end-of-day curves in risk systems.
• Collaborate with Risk and other departments on issues/projects.
• Support internal and external auditors.
• Work with IT on risk system improvements and testing.
