DKMRBH Inc in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a hands-on Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, configure, and deploy business applications and workflow automation solutions using Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will work with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and leading discovery sessions.

Qualifications

Hands-on Power Platform development experience.
Proficiency with Canvas and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps.
Experience building workflows with Power Automate.
Experience configuring Power Pages and Dataverse.
Proficient in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
Build automated business workflows using Power Automate.
Develop and configure Power Pages for internal/external sites.
Work with Dataverse to model data and security.
Utilize Copilot Studio for solution development.
Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Analyze challenges and translate use cases into scalable Power Platform solutions.
Create prototypes, mockups, and proof-of-concept solutions.
Participate in code reviews and follow governance practices.
Troubleshoot applications, workflows, and configurations.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and document designs.
Support deployment and lifecycle management across environments.
Contribute to platform governance and usage standards.
Engage in Agile software development activities.
