The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in New York City), a salary range of $120K-$150K plus bonus, and opportunities to build financial models and scenario analyses that directly influence investment decisions across funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in business analysis with ownership of a finance related modeling, forecasting, or planning platform.
• Must have experience in Anaplan, Excel or other planning platform.
• Must have evolved a financial model over time, partnered closely with business users, and improved decision-making and business outcomes.
• Preference for experience in real estate, private markets, or structured credit.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance models and own the development and continuous enhancement of modeling capabilities.
• Partner directly with investment professionals, portfolio managers, and finance leadership.
• Develop portfolio and fund-level scenario analysis tools.
• Define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions.
• Connect with upstream and downstream business systems.
