Job summary

ARC Health in Ann Arbor, MI seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team on a 1099 independent contractor basis. The role includes psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and collaboration with our therapy team to deliver integrated mental health care.

The position offers a hybrid or remote schedule, with a minimum of 2 full days (16 hours/week) and flexible half-days. Compensation is 60% of net collections, with billing and credentialing support provided.

Qualifications

• Current, active NP licensure with PMHNP-BC certification in Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years PMHNP clinical experience in outpatient behavioral health.
• Valid DEA number and Michigan Certificate of Fitness (CF).
• Experience with EMR and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for assigned caseload.
• Collaborate with therapists and psychologists to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EMR and ensure patient safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and licensure requirements.
