Job summary

ARC Psychiatry is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an outpatient, collaborative care setting in Canton, OH. The role emphasizes safe prescribing, patient engagement, and close coordination with therapy and clinical teams.

The PMHNP will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and participate in a multidisciplinary approach within a hybrid 75% in-office, 25% remote model. Part-time (20–24 hrs/week) with a base up to $75,000 annually and bi-weekly pay, plus

Qualifications

• Board certification as PMHNP-BC.
• A valid, unrestricted APRN license.
• A valid nursing license to practice in the state.
• DEA number and prescribing licenses as required.
• Minimum 1 year post-certification, outpatient preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain Professional Liability Insurance.
• Comply with PDMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation; collaborate with therapists and providers.
