LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Walnut Creek, California outpatient group. This full-time role (30+ hours/week) offers hybrid work with some in-office days and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates are PMHNP certified, with at least 1 year of independent psych NP experience and California licensure. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 with productivity-based pay, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• PMHNP certification or equivalent credential.
• Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric nurse practitioner experience.
• California license to practice psychiatry as NP; DEA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults, and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Customize practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend.
• Set your own caseload and patient volume for flexibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment.
