LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient group in San Francisco, CA, with additional locations nearby for convenient commuting. Hybrid work model with strong clinical support and autonomy in patient care.

You will provide outpatient psychiatric care across adult and child/adolescent populations, with a customizable practice style and a flexible caseload, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• PMHNP certified.
• At least 1 year of independent psych Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Licensed in California.
• DEA license.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care.
• Values flexibility, independence, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations.
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend.
