Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in San Jose, CA. The role offers a hybrid schedule (30+ hours/week) with autonomy and strong clinical support.

Responsibilities include outpatient psychiatry for adults or child/adolescent populations, medication management, and/or psychotherapy, with a flexible caseload and a collaborative team. Ideal candidates hold PMHNP certification, have California licensure, and a DEA license.

Qualifications

• PMHNP certified and licensed to practice in California.
• DEA license required for prescribing controlled substances.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred; ability to work with adults and/or children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adults or child/adolescent populations.
• Medication management and/or psychotherapy, or a blend.
• Determine caseload and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
