Job summary

Foremost Farms USA is seeking an Integrated Planning Analyst I to support daily execution of our integrated planning process across cheese, butter, and by-product streams. You will help translate plans into production schedules and assist with daily milk planning, component balancing, and allocation.

The role blends system SME activity, data improvement, and documented processes to drive accuracy and continuity across planning teams. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Excel proficiency.
• Interest in enterprise planning systems and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning teams in translating monthly SIOP and mass balance plans into near-term production schedules.
• Support milk planning allocation, variance flagging, and communications to plants.
• Monitor production and supply variances and communicate changes to operations and logistics.
• Participate in regional balancing tasks and cross-training across planning functions.
