Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in claims adjustment or general insurance.
• Licenses required and continuing education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes action plans and investigates claims to confirm coverage and eligibility.
• Negotiates settlements within authority limits and communicates with involved parties.
