Job summary

Peak Partners, a well-established Maryland law firm, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a high-volume personal injury litigation and claims caseload. This hybrid role is based in Baltimore, MD, offering a base salary range of $140,000–$180,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

The attorney will independently negotiate claims, assist paralegals with pre-litigation, and litigate in District and Circuit Courts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Bar admissions in Virginia, DC and/or Federal Bar are a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently negotiate personal injury claims.
• Assist paralegals with all aspects of pre-litigation.
• Independently litigate District Court and Circuit Court personal injury cases.
