Qualifications

• Three years of medical claims billing experience.
• Familiar with HIPAA, PHI, and payer communications.
• Ability to read insurance EOBs and resolve bills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; 25 wpm typing.
• Epic Resolute experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle billing from claim generation to payment disposition.
• Monitor and prioritize assigned billing work and resolve denials.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve AR timely.
• Review payer communications to fix discrepancies.
